Another item on my SC list is to walk every day.
This walk is not about exercise (though I suppose it is a side benefit) as I plan to go to the gym for that.
No, this walk is about spirit.
To take 20 minutes or so each day.
To step out of myself.
To ponder and reflect.
To remember those near and dear to me.
To practice an attitude of gratitude.
To let go of negative thoughts.
To invite the positive in.
Today I started.
I walked down to the beach listening to my music and sat on a rock enjoying the serenity of the morning.
And it was good.
